Since 2018, the Sophisticated Ladies Initiative has supported one main stage production each season written by a woman of color, in honor of the many women upon whose shoulders we stand--who grace our stages, production teams, office management, and education programs. This year, the initiative is supporting the production of The Wash, by Kelundra Smith, opening Friday, March 12, 2025 at the Berges Theatre at COCA.
