We invite you to share the power of a live theatre experience with your social or professional organization, colleagues, students, or friends and family. We will do our best to make your trip to the theatre special, fun, entertaining and as hassle-free as possible
What is The Black Rep?
The Black Rep is the country's premier professional AfricanAmerican theatre company providing platforms for the interpretation of theatre, dance and other creative expressions from the African-American perspective.
What is a group?
If you have at least 12 people, then you're a group! We can accommodate groups of up to approximately 200 people. Be sure to confirm the maximum number of seats available when booking your group reservation.
Group discounts are available for parties of
12 or more at a 10% discount
100 or more at a 20% discount.
Can we sit together?
All groups will receive reserved seating in the same area (based on availability) The appointed group leaders will receive the group's order and is responsible for distributing the tickets amongst each group.
It's easy to attend The Black Rep as a group:
1. Gather a group of 12 or more and choose your preferred performance date and contact The Box Office to check ticket availability. Contact us at 314 534-3807 or email alexisg@theblackrep.org
2. Confirm your group reservation by completing the group sales contract and submitting a 25% non-refundable down payment.
3. Two weeks prior to the performance confirm your final headcount and contact The Black Rep to pay remaining balance. If the remaining balance is not received by deadline, we may release your reservation.
Cancellations: All group sales deposits and final payments are non-refundable and ticket exchanges are not permitted. Any tickets that go unused on the day of the performance may be given to the box office for a tax deductible donation letter which will be mailed to you and your organization at your provided address.
